Birthday Parties
Why not have your child's birthday party at the Wapping Fair? With our fun filled birthday package, it will be a party your child won't forget. Packages include admission, food, ride tickets and a visit from Ed the Wizard. Parties can be tailored to your specific time frame and needs. For more information contact Becky at 860-805-5099.

Medical Facilities on Site
While we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience at the Wapping Fair, there might be occasions when someone needs assistance. To give them the best and quickest care possible, the Wapping Fair has a medical unit on the premises during all operating hours. No matter how minor the injury or illness please feel free to take advantage of this resource so that you can go back out and continue to have a great time at the fair.

Rock and Rest Tent
Have little ones that you want to bring to the fair? Afraid they will get tired quickly? Don't worry. The Wapping Fair provides a complimentary tent all day Saturday and Sunday just for moms and their young ones. It's the perfect place for feeding the little ones, changing diapers or just getting out from the sun. Refreshing Crystal Rock water is always available. The tent is supervised by members of the South Windsor La Leche League.

Child ID and Fingerprinting
Stop by the New York Life booth and get a free child's identification package. Your kit will have current identification information, a photo and fingerprinting done. The booth will be open Saturday and Sunday from 10-6 pm. There is no commitment or obligation to have your child's identification package done.

Handicap Parking
The Wapping Fair dedicates a section close to the front gate for those that need handicap parking. Please have your handicap parking pass with you to allow you to this area.

Wapping Fair Food Tent
The Wapping Fair not only has its own food booth where you can get some great hot dogs and hamburgers at reasonable prices, but also has a 2400 square foot tent for you to enjoy your meal. Centrally located in the fairgrounds, the tent allows you to enjoy a beverage, rest and even enjoy listening to the entertainment on the stage.

Visit our South Windsor Jaycee booth, located in the commercial vendor tent, and enter our fair raffle.

Thank You Bags
Remember to pick up your thank you bag from one of our volunteers as you leave the fair. Bags include complimentary pens, key chains, magnets, maps and valuable discount offers from local businesses.
